Beer Bread

Quick and easy bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 12 ounces beer
  • 3/4 stick of butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Mix together and pour into greased loaf pan.
  2. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
  3. Take out and pour 3/4 stick melted butter on top and put back in oven for 10 minutes.
