Chinese Salad

Ingredients
Dressing
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar or apple cider
- 2 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup oil
Salad
- 1 large head of Napa cabbage, cut up
- 6 green onions, cut finely
- 2 packages of chicken flavored Ramen noodles
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1 package slivered almonds
- 1 stick margarine
Instructions
- Mix together cabbage and onions. Refrigerate for several hours.
- Crush Ramen noodles in package. Melt margarine in large skillet, add Ramen noodles, sesame seeds, almonds, and brown. Stir frequently. Drain on paper towels. Add to vegetables.
- Mix together all ingredients of salad dressing and shake. Add dressing when ready to serve.
