• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 1 cup raisins
• 1 cup finely chopped apples (with skin)
• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup nuts

Frosting

• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 Pinch of salt
