Ingredients
- 3 ounces of cream cheese, softened (1 package)
- 8 ounces pineapple-flavored yogurt (1 carton)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 8 3/4 ounces crushed pineapple, drained (1 can)
- Lettuce leaves
- Chopped nuts
Instructions
- Blend the cream cheese, yogurt, and sugar. Stir in pineapple. Spoon into 6 paper bake cups in muffin pan. Cover and freeze. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
