Frozen Pineapple Salad

A simple and delightfully refreshing introduction to any meal

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces of cream cheese, softened (1 package)
  • 8 ounces pineapple-flavored yogurt (1 carton)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 3/4 ounces crushed pineapple, drained (1 can)
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Blend the cream cheese, yogurt, and sugar. Stir in pineapple. Spoon into 6 paper bake cups in muffin pan. Cover and freeze. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
