Fruit Pizza

Sugar cookie covered in cream cheese and fruit.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Pillsbury Slice-n-Bake refrigerator sugar cookies (1 roll)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened (1 package)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • fresh or canned peach halves, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, grapes, etc.
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 Tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Cut cookie dough into 1/8" slices with a sharp knife. Arrange slices, slightly overlapping, in an aluminum pizza tin. (Alternatively, just press dough into pan). Bake at 375° for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan or over rack.
  2. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Beat until blended. Wait for cookie to cool, then spread mixture over crust. Arrange fruit over cheese mixture. Heat marmalade and water in small saucepan just until warm. Brush over fruit. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
