Girdle Buster Pie

Ice cream pie

Ingredients

  • 20 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Toasted slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed cookies with butter. Pack into pie pan and freeze. Spoon in ice cream; store in freezer. Serve pie topped with sauce, whipped cream and almonds. Also very good topped with a chocolate sauce.
