Spiral cookies
Ingredients
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1/4 pound cream cheese
- 1 cup flour
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- Cinnamon
- Walnuts
Instructions
- Make cinnamon sugar mix with walnuts and/or raisins. Cream butter and cream cheese. Add flour and sugar gradually. Dough will be stiff. Chill 2 hours. Separate into 6 balls. Roll into circle. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mix. Cut into pie shape. Roll from wide end. Bake 325° for 20 minutes.
