Creamy filling between two chocolate cookies

Ingredients

Cookies

  • 1 package dark chocolate cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten

Filling

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients. Form 1" balls. Cook on an ungreased cookie sheet for 12 minutes at 350°. Allow to cool. Spread filling between two cookies.
