Macaroni Dandy Salad

A tasty, colorful, macaroni salad served cold.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces (2 cups) elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup diced celery
- 3 Tablespoons chopped pimiento
- 2 Tablespoons chopped green pepper
- Salad greens
- Radish roses
Instructions
- Cook macaroni as directed; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again. Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice, salt, and sugar. Combine with macaroni, celery seed, tomato, celery, pimiento, and green pepper. Serve on salad greens; garnish with radish roses.
