Make Ahead Breakfast Eggs

Easy, great tasting eggs
Ingredients
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 12 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In medium bowl, beat eggs.
- Stir in milk, salt, and sugar.
- In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and pour in egg mixture. Cook stirring occasionally until eggs are set but still moist. Remove from heat to cool.
- Stir in sour cream. Spread evenly into buttered 2 quart shallow baking dish 12" x 7". Top with bacon and cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Uncover and bake for 15-20 minutes or until hot and cheese has melted. Refrigerate leftovers.
