Coconut and chocolate

Ingredients

Frosting

  • 6 ounces butterscotch chips (1 package)
  • 6 ounces package milk chocolate chips (1 package)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Mound Bars

  • 1 package graham crackers, finely crushed
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 bag flake coconut
  • 1 can sweetened, condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Combine crackers, butter, and sugar. Press into a 9" x 13" pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°. Mix together coconut and condensed milk. Spread on top of crust. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°. To make frosting, melt chips and peanut butter together. Frost bars.
