Coconut and chocolate
Ingredients
Frosting
- 6 ounces butterscotch chips (1 package)
- 6 ounces package milk chocolate chips (1 package)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
Mound Bars
- 1 package graham crackers, finely crushed
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 bag flake coconut
- 1 can sweetened, condensed milk
Instructions
- Combine crackers, butter, and sugar. Press into a 9" x 13" pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°. Mix together coconut and condensed milk. Spread on top of crust. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°. To make frosting, melt chips and peanut butter together. Frost bars.
