Pear Royale Salad

Ingredients
- 6 ounces cranberry-raspberry, cranberry, or raspberry flavored gelatin (2 packages)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 16 ounces whole cranberry sauce (1 can)
- 29 ounces pear halves, drained and chopped (1 can)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water, lemon juice, and cranberry sauce.
- Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
- Fold in pear pieces and pecans.
- Pour into lightly oiled 7-8 cup mold, pretty serving dish, or 9" x 13" pan.
- Chill until firm and then unmold, if molded garnish with fresh greens.
Notes
Can use the 6 cup Tupperware gelatin mold
