Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- Crisco pastry for 1-crust pie
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry. In bowl, combine sugar, salt, and spices. Stir in pumpkin and honey. In saucepan, heat milk; add with eggs to pumpkin mixture; blend thoroughly. Pour into pastry-lined pie plate. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°. Bake 35 minutes more.
