Reuben Appetizers

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces sauerkraut, canned
  • 4 1/2 ounces chipped beef, diced
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar, grated
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except Swiss cheese in bowl and then place in 8" square pan.
  2. Top with sliced Swiss.
  3. Bake at 350° for 20-23 minutes.
  4. Serve with mini rye bread.
