Yum Yum Cake

A delightful coffee cake
Ingredients
Cake
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Cinnamon-Nut Topping
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup walnuts
Instructions
- Cream butter until soft. Mix in sugar and cream. Add eggs and beat well.
- Mix together flour, soda, baking powder, salt.
- Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream beginning and ending with flour mixture.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Pour half of batter into lightly greased tube pan.
- Mix together ingredients for cinnamon-nut topping, and sprinkle half on top of batter.
- Pour remaining batter into pan.
- Sprinkle on remaining nut mixture.
- Bake 325° for 40 minutes.
